Swisseagle Racing Team marks a historic moment: for the very first time, the Ticino-based team steps onto the prestigious international stage of the GT Cup Europe 2025 with its own full sporting and technical identity. A championship that, more than ever, has attracted top-tier teams and drivers, raising the level of competition and making the challenge even more thrilling.

Taking the wheel of the team's Porsche 992 Cup for this highly emotional debut could only be Glauco Solieri, founder of Swisseagle in 2015 and current CEO. In his trademark bold and determined style, Glauco chose to tackle this challenge solo, without sharing the car with a co-driver — showcasing an extraordinary level of professionalism, passion, and athletic preparation.

The debut was not without obstacles: an early technical issue demanded extraordinary efforts from the technical staff, who responded swiftly and efficiently. Session after session, Glauco overcame the initial setbacks that had hampered the car’s setup, improving steadily and significantly. With remarkable progression from Saturday to Sunday, Glauco ultimately secured an impressive 6th place in the densely competitive AM class and a commendable 16th place overall in Race 2.

Standing here, competing against renowned teams and drivers and still managing to make our mark, feels almost like a technical, human, and sporting miracle. Swisseagle debutta nel Campionato Internazionale GT Cup Europe 2025: un esordio emozionante e pieno di orgoglio

Il team Swisseagle compie un passo storico: per la prima volta, la squadra ticinese si presenta con una propria identità sportiva e tecnica sul prestigioso palcoscenico internazionale del GT Cup Europe 2025. Un campionato che quest'anno ha attratto team e piloti di assoluto rilievo, rendendo la sfida ancora più stimolante ed entusiasmante.

A guidare la Porsche 992 Cup del team in questa emozionante avventura non poteva che essere Glauco Solieri, fondatore del team nel 2015 e attuale CEO. Con il coraggio e la determinazione che lo contraddistinguono, Glauco ha deciso di affrontare la sfida da solo, senza dividere la vettura con un compagno di squadra, dimostrando una professionalità, una passione e una preparazione atletica fuori dal comune.

L'esordio non è stato privo di difficoltà: un problema tecnico ha richiesto un lavoro straordinario da parte dello staff tecnico, ma la risposta del team è stata immediata ed efficace. Sessione dopo sessione, Glauco ha saputo crescere progressivamente, superando le difficoltà iniziali che avevano compromesso lo sviluppo del setup della vettura.

Con una progressione costante, dal sabato alla domenica, Glauco ha compiuto un deciso salto di qualità, concludendo Gara 2 con uno straordinario 6° posto nella affollatissima e combattuta classe AM e un eccellente 16° posto assoluto.
